Sharm el Sheikh

A couple notes first. There are titles to each picture that sometimes don't show up. Just use your cursor to highlight the area to show the title. Also, we posted a ton of photos so if they don't look like they are all there, click on the archives. The first photo posted in this set is of Tel Aviv beach and they go in order from the bottom to the top.

We had a refresher dive course this morning in the pool at our hotel and then went on a reef dive this afternoon. It was great! We touched a moray eel and saw lots of interesting fish, including a Napoleon fish.

We are heading out to dinner now and will be diving again tomorrow. We are really liking Sharm!

Karen - great to hear from you, it's funny because Melanie and I mentioned you earlier today then we logged on and saw your post! Send photos of Kian! Miss you.

The seems about the size we were driving in Greece? The bathroom? maybe a bit smaller. Floating on the dead sea looks fun. How did you feel on the camel? like you were in a boat? Wow an offer of marriage Melanie. Glad you are safe and enjoying your diving the TV news is pretty awful tonite so was happy to have your blog. The witchy grandma

Hope Saturday was just as great and you enjoyed your dives. Nani brought in a grasshopper! She had stalked him for a LONG time but you know me and grasshoppers! Dad took it outside for Nani to play with but she was upset that we "touched it" even though we praised her...Golden her she comes! Working on genealogy for reunion, dad is cleaning off his computer (what a shock) and helping me. My knee is great. EXTREMELY hot here. We're staying in (Nani wants out even over 100 degrees but we watch her carefully). Our plants are wonderful and we miss not being outside to enjoy. Glad you are safely out of Israel...hate to see the bombings. Tell everyone about the food, street vendors, $ exchange (excellent!) and your hotel surroundings. Hotel is www.cameldive.com - has neat slides to see.
Love to you both, eat and
sleep properly...
